The proposal describes the continuous reconstruction of Vladivostok using an automated building-machine, growing and moving around the city. A combination of planned economy and Far East venture capital provides the particular conditions for this experiment in planning. As a result the building-machine capitalises the city while dealing with the cultural, economic and geopolitical forces encountered along its path.Â
