MA work

MA work

Exploring complex, shifting, multi-layered realities that are truly entrenched in people's real lives is the focus of my design work. Poetical narrative invokes site specificity of the proposed architectural territory and interweaves this with the curiosities of multi-faceted humankind. My design work ranges from re-purposed everyday objects to speculative architectural creations, such as this year's nature- culture project - Clinical Meadow. The future brings an escalating health epidemic as allergies and phobias flourish. Whilst utilising experimental 3D scanning as a design tool, the project explores troubles, fears and fantasies - how will we live in Battersea amidst this epidemic? Post-RCA I hope to design bespoke interventions at a variety of scales whilst continuing my interest in research and writing.
