Chapter 2: The Versions of Us / Chapter 2: From Me to Us
Ever since being split by the powerful brightness, Cyan and Magenta have been living in the same room, but not recognising each other. Not until they share their stories and read the other ones’, they and their paralleled worlds finally collaborate, and constitute a whole.
Chapter 2: challenges the way of film watching – it includes watching in 3D, rather than just as a means to making 2D animation appear 3D. Drawn in Cyan and Magenta, Chapter 2: composes two narratives, which first interfering each other, and eventually construct an utopic ending in anaglyph 3D. The audience will have to choose, as we always do when seeing the world.
