MA work

MA work

A sophisticated womenswear collection of playful, quirky fabrics knitted in a fresh colour palette of cashmere and lamaine yarns.

My fabrics were initially inspired by fishermen's knots and ropework with reference to military embellishments. My designs explore macrame and knotting techniques that are incorporated into the fabric through knitted pockets and channels.
