MA work

This is a short stop-motion animation film about a young couple's battle to remain connected through mental illness.

Set in 1980s Ireland, we see Catherine and Brendan's relationship fall apart as they grow distant from each other.

  • My practice has developed over the years from painting and sculpture to model-making, set building, animation and finally directing.

Through this I have created animated shorts that focus on the narrative behind the main theme of the animation, the viewpoint of the outsider looking in.
