MA work

This is a short stop-motion animation film about a young couple's battle to remain connected through mental illness.

Set in 1980s Ireland, we see Catherine and Brendan's relationship fall apart as they grow distant from each other.

My practice has developed over the years from painting and sculpture to model-making, set building, animation and finally directing.
Through this I have created animated shorts that focus on the narrative behind the main theme of the animation, the viewpoint of the outsider looking in.
