I believe that people can change their life if they want to, they just nee`d to do it with the right tools. Phabit is a product that helps people to understand their habits and personality and help them stick to a good habit by giving them tailored suggestions and support. Phabit will come with an phone app  that people will do the quiz which separate people to four different groups : Upholder, Rebel, Questioner and Obliger then it will automatically monitor the user's behaviour without nagging and hassle. The data Phabit collects will convert to energy for activating a device that waters and gives sunlight to a special plant. If you don't stick to your habit, the plant will slowly become sickly, as the device does not water the plant. So if you don't stick to your habit, you will see the plant shrivel and yellow. This physicalises the users habit, allowing them to understand their progress in gaining a good habit.
