MA work
MA work
Deconstructing the materials for reconstruction; inspired by the materials themselves, combinations of geometric units and flexible elements are systemically arranged to capture light and movement. By exposing themselves to light and movement, the pieces invite the viewer to touch and explore them with excitement and curiosity.
My work evolves from my enjoyment in exploring at the bench, discovering hidden characteristics and revealing the potential of both traditional and non-traditional materials, as well as finding distinctive ways of combining them. My goal is to create pieces that are expressive, excite the senses and are ultimately very wearable.
