Junket
Junket is a mobile kitchen, café and small-scale vegetable processing unit, that uses surplus foods which would otherwise go to landfills to create a healthier image for junk food. Using the process of dehydration to preserve the collected surplus fruit and vegetables, each meal served aims to sneak in 5 out of the 5 of our recommended daily fruit and vegetable intake, into a traditionally unhealthy foodstuff.Â
