Janet, Who Fell From The Sea
Made in charcoal, and coloured digitally, it tells the story of a girl who falls into an underwater town, haunted by the ghosts of unfinished stories. It explores the liminal spaces between adulthood and childhood, as she falls from one story to the next, following the sound of an ethereal bell. Â

Isabel Greenberg is an illustrator, writer and animator. Before coming to the RCA to study animation, she was the author of two graphic novels, The Encyclopedia of Early Earth and The One Hundred Nights of Hero, both published by Jonathan Cape. Her graduation film Janet, Who Fell From The Sea is the story of a girl who falls into an underwater ghost town, haunted by unfinished stories and the sounds of phantom bells.
