An immersive audio-visual piece that represents the journey of vision and transformation as outlined in the traditional Buddhist teaching The Noble Eightfold Path. Through experimental film-making, sound and graphic design I intend to give shape and form to the ephemeral nature of human experience. This is informed by an interest in Eastern philosophy and religion, specifically Buddhism. I investigate this subject through a hybrid language that combines traditional documentary material and symbolic elements in audio visual form. The aim of the work is to ask questions and encourage reflection rather than provide straightforward answers.
