My ambition for my time at the RCA was to question and imagine.
Following this approach, my MA project aims to question what our urban future may be and what design solutions may be desirable in this context.
An object’s usefulness and desirability is always defined by it’s context. By imaging and defining a new context for design a designer can visualise alternative future scenarios. Through this, people can engage with, question and debate what future they really want.
My design is for desirable experience within this future urban context. Traditional luxury materials are in shortage, navigation is intelligent and space is at a premium, what vehicle would you like?
