My worksare colour stories this year. So when it comes to the topic,it consists of two aspects---Colour, Story.

Colour

I remember last year I attended Primary Question class. We saw a lot of different colours with different names when we had colour class. I got two questions that time: 1. Is the colour in your eyes and the colour in my eyes same colour? 2. When is talk about the sky blue.I will think the colour feeling like we play basketball with my friends in a sunny day, after that I drink some cold coke, lie on the ground and watch the sky. Or, I ride slowly along the shoreline, I met the girlI loved and Ijust wearing her favourite white shirt and that time I see the colour of sky. Which one is the “Sky Blue”? Followed this idea, I searched “Tuo Hong” on the Baidu(it likes Chinese Google), The dictionary says this colour is the colour of the face afterpeople drunk. But, if one of my most disgusted people is drunk and almost madness, would I use “Tuo Hong” to describe him? NO. I think I will use it when my girlfriend has a little drunk in a winter day of first snow, she leans on my shoulder and we talk something unimportant, that time I see the colour on her little face.

So, it is not important whether the colour in your eyes and my eyes are same colour. I think the colour is about our emotion and experience. When we are in the specific time, specific feeling, and then, we see the concrete colour.

Story

I always think that the story is extremely important to me; it is one of my elements; it is a door to myself; it is an important way that make my life more emotional. But, why are stories important to others and to my audience? I think the role of poetry and stories are similar. For example, I love to play computer games because I can experience the feeling of chivalrousness in it; I can do what I really want to do, I can go out to the battlefield and also I can go back to my family to farm. This is exactly what we cannot do in the real world, or we are afraid to do. This time, poetry and stories will give us comfort. They always tell the story of the outside worldwhen we are most afraid to go out in it; they always tell the story ofthe conceited in our self-abased age; they always tell the story ofthe lonelywhen we have not experienced loneliness. They also bring some stories that can resonate with our current emotions. Sometimes we carry a burdenof emotions in the real world. Some of them are even contradictory with each other –they exist, but you do not know how to express them, until you read a story that tells the emotion you always want to express. You will feel great comfort from these stories.
