Unravelling
An exposed thread or a frayed edge shows an item of clothing has been worn, loved and time has passed. I have explored ways of containing this thought within objects and material.
Developing my own process of trapping threads between the stitched line, I have created a fabric which is chaotic and unruly within its ordered structure.
