Materials, Motion and the Body

Materials, Motion and the Body leads you to a future scenario. In this dystopian future, gait tracking has become the primary mode of security observation. Materials and AI have been co-developed to communicate with one another to facilitate this constant recognition. Our bodies and motion have morphed into one, for efficient data recognition. The fabrics and studies that I present, rebel against this by blurring the parameter of the body.

  • I am a Material Futurist, based in London and my practice focuses on innovative cross-applications of materials, design, textiles, technology, and engineering. My interest falls in form and function with a passion for colour and a high appreciation for quality. The core methodology circulates around research and development, problem solving within the real and unknown, and placing emphasis on its findings for the speculative, applicative, and conceptual.
