PENZAI.IO

While the fundamental supply and demand equation of 'work for competency' endures today, the environment around businesses has changed. Disruptive digital technology has sped up communication and brought the world closer together. Today’s fast-changing markets make long-term planning obsolete and forces organisations to be much more responsive than they have been in the past. One crucial aspect of achieving greater agility is the ability to reinforce the permanent workforce with flexible and fluid labour which can be activated and deactivated on demand. Luckily, there is a new generation entering the work market, a significant number of whom prefer working in these flexible models instead of conventional long-term employment. The problem is, today most organisations don't know how to engage and retain this new type of worker; they struggle because the fundamental equation is extended with questions about purpose and learning opportunities.

PENZAI changes how talent is matched with organisations. Instead of focusing on people’s past experience, PENZAI understands peoples’ aspirations and personal development. It leverages this knowledge to connect the right candidates with businesses that will support their pathway. These relationships help organisations to incubate a roster of flexible talent.
