Florian is an experienced Software Engineer and Designer with over 10 years’ experience working in different roles within multiple industries. Before coming to the RCA he worked as a Senior Software Engineer for a German IT Consultancy. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and graduated from the RCA with a Master of Arts in Service Design. Florian believes in the power of Human-Centred Approaches and wants to apply his experience to make a change in the world of work and workplaces. He considers himself as a highly motivated and supportive team player. Through his curiosity and empathy he is able to adapt to different environments and new challenges quickly. His closest friends value that he has an honest and open mindset in every aspect of life.
Oh! And, it is difficult for him to decide which hobby he loves more: board games or sailing!
