CREA

CREA is a process that empowers public workers to make continuous improvements in Puente al Desarrollo, a Costa Rican national strategy for the reduction of extreme poverty.

Puente al Desarrollo wanted to improve the customer service given to candidates in extreme poverty that are going through their professional skills development.  I developed a set of service design tools that empowers the public workers to co-create solutions in order to solve small but impactful issues that candidates experience throughout their career development.

As a result of the process, three solutions were generated that promises to significantly improve the candidates' experience.

  • I believe in service design as the necessary tools to bring people together to solve complex problems, both in public and private sectors. My professional experience has led me to explore these tools to ease communication and generate co-creative solutions to create social impact.
