‘Ultra Mera Commonplace’
This printed book, featuring writings from a broad collection of systems, working techniques and observations from various professions, is positioned to address the needs of graphic designers. Contributors include Cedric Price, Ryan Gander, Hans Ulrich Obrist, John Chris Jones, Bruno Munari, Adam and Joe and Stephen Bayley. It was compiled and designed to give access to a multiplicity of information, with articles retitled and arranged in a sequence according to associations drawn between one text and another. Accordingly, our text layout saw the various writings literally crossing over in a condensed, composite flow, with one text immediately following the other.
