Based in London, originated from Hong Kong. I was educated in the UK and worked at several international research & advertising/ media agencies doing Consumer Insights / Strategic Planning works prior my study in the RCA.
After gaining much experience in advertising I embarked on a mission to improve the quality of lives therefore I studied service design. It is a life changing experience and I've enjoyed the intensive immersive learning-thinking-making RCA design school experience which empowers me to transform myself into a Service Designer.
I am fanatical about human centred design or simply good designs. Design should be like water as " the best virtue is like water - which benefits all things but does not contend with them."
