MA work
I draw inspiration from barren depths, architecture and wilderness. I’m concerned with environmental issues and explore the meaning of landscape and our relation to nature in my practice. In my work the landscape has an important role, as a starting point for the imagination and as a setting for human stories.
I create my own imaginary worlds, where the scenery is never separate from the history of the place. I’m using drawing as a form of storytelling, hoping that my images can trigger other people’s imaginations, provoke thoughts and plant ideas.
