kide is a set of innovative games that use the latest 3D-printing technologies to enhance education in schools through a playful experience. kide allows children to design and manufacture their own toys and learn to use computers as creative tools, yet play and compete live with their friends. The toys create links between virtual and physical 3D, by allowing full customisation and instant realisation (previously offered only by video games), yet keep the tactile and materialistic values of traditional toys.
