Informed by her background in philosophy of science, Dasha Loyko's work explores the relationship between the narrative and its artefacts. She is interested in the collision and the tension between the physical and the speculative, and their porous, leaky border, their oscillations and their morphing into one another. Through fictioning as a critical method, via coincidence and contamination, Loyko's work engages with the geometry of language and its physical manifestations.
