With the increasing amount of urban and personal data being collected, soon it will be possible to make predictions about the likely behaviour of people in their current context based on an analysis of their past experiences and actions. But what will this ability enable us, as individuals, to do? Will this technology help us to behave in a more rational way? Could it enable us to design our own surroundings? How will it affect the development of society as a whole? What are the ethical implications?
