GOALBOWL
In a world full of superfoods and wellbeing trends, people find themselves pressured to live healthily but are overwhelmed by determining what is actually good for them. GOALBOWL helps to understand one's personal goals, gives guidance on choosing matching ingredients supporting those goals and makes it easy to feel better more often by always having a good breakfast at home.
Originally developed as a concept answering a brief by PepsiCo, the idea became the material for a rapid innovation approach resulting in a real world service pilot. Combining strategic experimentation, lean entrepreneurship and design thinking with agile design sprints allowed for ongoing validation and development of the service. GOALBOWL was operated as a commercial pilot with paying customers.

I am a strategic human-centered designer with a focus on Service Design.
As such, I seamlessly transition between defining the overall value proposition, the experience & detail design as well as directing the implementation of individual system touchpoints. While defining the concept, I consider and evaluate the viability through a Lean Entrepreneurial approach and collaborate with experts to ensure feasibility.
In the past 10 years I have consulted with a variety of clients across industries such as Audi, BMW, Bosch, Huawei, MINI, Lufthansa, Siemens Healthcare and WMF and collaborated with PepsiCo, Telefonica Alpha and the Council of Islington.
