MA work
In my photographic work I am engaging with the notion of the found and staged with the photographic image itself, which always moves between fact and fiction. The photographic image has the ability to document reality on the one hand, but also at the same time to distort it. I am interested in the visual reality of the picture, where objects suddenly behave differently when transformed onto a 2D surface. The object becomes a screen of projection yet comprises at the same time the status of a potential symbol, a simple physical object or a carrier of index traces, which directly refers to an interaction with its user.
