Miss the Target

[1] I like to talk with the objects in my daily life, which are silent, close but full of potential. I see all of them as contents which I am able to read, response to and think about. Our topics are quite wide, sometimes about my fairly personal memory and experience, sometimes related to my cultural identity, and sometimes just filled with quixotic imagination. We silently talk about something restless, we happily talk about something melting, and we humorously talk about something serious. Through the dialogue, I have a further understanding of myself, my circle and my position in a cross-context. For the physical manifestation of our dialogues, I use layer by layer of rationality to wrap my original emotion and irrationality. I believe the functionality of functional objects should not only be the physical function itself. I hope my exploration can bring me to somewhere in between art and design.
