Enhanced Space Suit Assembly

Thermal emission contours from Mars correlate and depict silhouettes through engineering channels within knitwear. The collection will span a vast tonal colour pallete, starting with red signifying hot and ending with blue signifying cold. Each outfit is an amalgamation of layers inspired by astronaut space suits and thus integrating function within knitwear. Waterproof knitwear, high tech fabrics from Stone Island and reflective print with layers of Swarovski crystals to enhance it are used throughout the collection.

  • Knitwear designer.

Throughout my childhood and teenage years I was a national athlete in trampoline gymnastics, and I spent my life switching between being an athlete wearing sports clothes and trying to be fashionable and that’s the whole concept of my work. My work demonstrates the hybrid of the two; using functional aesthetics within the form of material fastenings but being able to use innovative fashionable silhouettes.
