MA work
MA work
I examine the inconceivable scale of the man-made and natural world. Producing large format photographs and video installations of the current industrial landscape,

my work frequently focuses on the absurd, immensely vast and forbidding situations that I believe remain congruent to the human condition. The Wonderland project looks at the idea of the ‘on stage’ / ‘off stage’ dichotomies of everyday life, the legitimacy of ‘performance’ and strangeness of the ‘real’. I endeavour to seek out locations that remain shielded from public view, rendering the quest for them as idiosyncratic as the actions of the characters that appear within them. Discovering this hidden world is what excites me.
