I have focused largely on editorial design, dedicating myself to a typographic approach, fulfilling my work with all details in typographic principles. Through the shows Active Wire in 2001, De_sign Korea: Political Communication in 2002, Image Korea in 2003 and Typojanchi: International Typography Biennale later in 2011, I have showcased graphic experimentations in a wide variety of subjects. I have run my studio in Seoul since 2002 and was a visiting tutor in Hongik, Seoul Women’s and Kyunghee University, and others from 2001 to 2007. I am currently exploring the role of graphic design as a vehicle of social change and its history.
