‘High Resonating Words’ has been a year-long conversation between Stina Gromark and myself. We contextualised our common interest in language and typography this year by analysing the subtle changes that affected them with the emergence of the digital era. It led us to treat words as audible images resonating both by their meaning and their typographic shapes, including emotion and sound to the graphic form. We played on their flexible and endless modular forms, using their echo coming back and forth between paper and screen.
