What is place?
I am interested in houses, buildings and rooms - like skins that can be turned inside out. My work is concerned with the construction and destruction of living spaces, questioning the tension between space and place. Utilising a mix of built and rebuilt models, collages and real spaces, I investigate the boundaries between inside and outside, staging situations where a space is on the edge of becoming a 'non-place'.
