MA work
To interconnect from myself to another, and to touch a chord with others, are my aims. My work contains many performative aspects in everyday life, such as expressing selves with laughs and sorrows. My fascination and influence come a lot from Japanese traditional comedy, Rakugo, and a fictional novel by Banana Yoshimoto. Both have striking uses of metaphor, and can be considered as the extension of daily expression. Remaking and taking hints from their scenes always helps to share my sympathy through my work.
