Looking forward towards 2060, we find that the world faces major challenges in the climatic condition in the form of global warming, rising sea levels, flooding, and its consequences.                           

         
Looking at Netherlands, a north-western European country, we find that it is a densely populated country which is 26% below sea level and is endangered by yearly flooding. Here 9 million people live below the sea level. So what will be its scenario in 2060? Although flood management is very strong here, still due to rising sea levels and flooding, there will be more shortage of land area. To combat such a situation, mobile aquatic houses can be an alternative answer making up for 40% of the shortfall in land.
