As individuals, we interact socially every day. My objective is to develop a design practice that incorporates this aspect into communicative work. I design communication mediums in their broadest sense, not only focusing on the visual, but also on the content of the communication and how it interacts with the recipient. People and everyday life are my inspirations and fields of practice. This image of a wishing tree in my neighbourhood is an example of a small intervention in the daily routine of people. I am fascinated by the way in which minor, seemingly insignificant changes can develop to become design solutions. I see my role as that of a visual journalist – observing, documenting, analysing and publishing; creating design content that has a real impact in modern society.
