  • Andrew Parker initially trained at Rolls Royce, and was educated at the Central School of Art & Design, London, and Derby, Birmingham and Cambridge Universities.

    He has worked in industry, design education and as a design and ergonomics consultant, and has been involved in the design of a number of international award-winning products and associated patents. These include the slim-line London Underground Passenger Gates, Touch Screen Machines, Ticket Offices, Oyster Card and Automated Fare Control equipment deployed throughout the world.

    Work for the New York Touch Screen Ticket Machines was shown at MoMA, New York, in 2011. His projects and research have also featured in transport, design and ergonomic publications.
