A Glimpse of Nature

My final collection explores how 18th century botanical drawings can be recreated to have a contemporary relevance within printed textiles. I have combined natures florals with unexpected oddness, exploring recognisable images and giving them a twist.

  • My passion is textiles/materials and drawing, and I have spent my time at the Royal College of Art exploring how I can combine the two, as well as developing new ways of interpreting traditional techniques. From this area of research my unique drawings and paintings have been transformed into luxury products.
