Who cares? A radio tale
Who cares? A radio tale was a curatorial project that turned Gasworks into a live broadcast studio in collaboration with the renowned experimental radio station Resonance FM. A programme of newly commissioned and existing performances, sound works, and discussions took up the subject of affective labour, summarised by philosopher Michael Hardt as a term that ‘grasp[s] simultaneously the corporeal and intellectual aspects of the new forms of production, recognizing that such labor engages at once with rational intelligence and with the passions or feeling.’

The curatorial for the curative
Through my curatorial practice I aim to highlight the affective power of art and give importance to embodiment as a way of knowing, in order to perceive the world from different non-hierarchical perspectives and make art accessible to wider audiences. I am fascinated by ways of giving materiality to language and mostly engaged in artistic practices expanding linguistic limits and exploring the pre-verbal.
