DAD
Inherited opinions. Inherited isolation.
A short film depicting a Dad's influence on a young boy's life. His judgmental character mixed with the boys fondness for his dad prove to be a toxic mix that tears away at a world of opportunity and experiences.

Within my drawn, restless and sometimes garish world, I depict a modern British culture. Family relationships and the passing of opinions down generations.Â
Animation is the perfect medium to discuss change in culture, and the ability to visually play with transformation is at the core of my films. I enjoy characters who try to resist change or who become changed themselves.Â
I create contrasts with my storytelling, between day and night, past and present, cutting between them to create rhythms that portray my ideas.Â
