The essence of my practice is hand drawn, hand printed textiles. I rewrite historical narratives, giving them contemporary relevance to reflect modern issues. My illustrative landscapes convey more sinister meanings, shrouded in decorative beauty. Taking my lead from 14th century tapestry and traditional Chinese techniques to convey modern narrative; reinventing the use of symbolism in a modern age.
