Major project:
Edit
We created the idea of Edit in collaboration with Telefonica’s moonshot factory, Alpha Health. The project brief was aimed at exploring new approaches to health and wellbeing through the use of digital services and machine learning.
We’ve approached health and wellbeing from a ritual point of view, because our behaviours, good or bad, are driven by the rituals in our lives. This led to an idea about helping people deconstruct current rituals, in order to create new ones, which will allow them to achieve their wellbeing goals more easily.
Edit is a service that helps you edit things in and out of your life through enriched tracking and mini-experiments. By combining your own actions with personal insights, we start to work towards the idea that your data can, and should, be used to give you agency over your health and wellbeing. Our vision is to create a platform that gives people total agency over their wellbeing, as they define it.

I came to the Royal College of Art looking for the opportunity to evolve my process as a designer in new and interesting ways. The outcome of two years is clarity in how and why I design, confidence to explore different applications of design, and a better ability to bring the abstract into reality.Â
As I continue my career as a designer, I aim to explore how we can use both technology and more traditional mediums to create things, services, and interactions, which create meaning and provide a newfound sense of agency in areas that typically get neglected by good design, such as healthcare and education.Â
