Major project:

Enriching the Time of Mobility: How can the experience of mobility, through shared and personal travel make people more human and conscious to the world?

This interior focussed project, built on the Tesla master plan ownership model, aims to look at how time spent travelling could subtly suggest changes to people’s conscience and morality. It will be a place for teaching, learning and development. Through research into sociology, shame, mindfulness and more, the time spent in the solution will make people more human and conscious to the world and problems we are living in.

The design is targeted at the commuting needs of both in- and out-of-city longer journeys. Autonomy will allow the user to spend their time working, resting or even sleeping, but more importantly bettering themselves and their mental well-being. Through suggestions from the vehicle into usage or curated journeys, based on the users mood and recent experiences, hopefully a better use of future mobility will follow. Ensuring mindfulness and introspection are at the forefront: we could create a more thoughtful and compassionate community to belong to.

  • A conscientious and thoughtful design graduate from the Royal College of Art, with real world design experience from David Collins Studio working as the Design Assistant to the Creative Director, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Formula One Management Ltd. My great uncle was John Rhodes Cobb, the first man to travel over 400mph on land and believe this is why I have a love for speed and all things automotive. My role working with some of the rarest and finest super and classic cars at V Management Ltd further confirmed my motivation to use my design skills in the automotive industry.
