A Brace for Farhat
A Brace for Farhat is a supportive garment that responds to the lack of customisation of medical braces, which have poorly served, or even failed, one extreme user.
I was fascinated by human-centred design and what it means to go out and talk to people, to watch them and understand their lives, and their stories in order to convert that into a reality.

I have found myself equally within the fields of art, design, science and engineering. This combination of disciplines has left me with skillsets from Arduino coding to fluorescence staining, but my passion is in making and rapid prototyping. I love the ability to make things for real people. If something I make can impact someone's life in even the smallest of ways, I am happy.
