A digital embroidery technique for the manufacturing of three-dimensional textile forms. It brings to textile, embellishment structures, which are typically bound to technical applications.
Becoming accessible, they bring unique visual and sensorial properties to the palette of the designer – they have volume, apparent lightness, permeability and transparency. They also come with valuable technical properties, such as cushioning, breathability, insulation, and flexibility.
The digital embroidery process has great flexibility to achieve a variety of structures, designs and combinations of materials. In this way, it is particularly suited to the creation of pieces tailored in shape and properties, and find additional applications in areas where precision and ergonomic comfort are important, such as sportswear, healthcare or protective clothing.

My goal is to allow designers to access technologies previously unavailable for the development of their craft. I am interested in the ways, in which technology can enrich our craft, artistry, sensorial experiences and connect with our cultures and emotions, particularly in the area of textile.
I connect techniques, talents and ideas to design and develop materials or experimental manufacturing processes.
It provides designers with a way to creatively stand out, or functionally improve their products. It also brings an essential nuance to the discussion on the role that technology plays in our life and the future it leads us towards.
