Major project:
Tides
Tides is a product and system aimed at helping users quantify their meditation practice. It incorporates a non-invasive breathing sensor, which gives users visual feedback in real time. With the accompanying app users can track their sessions, accumulating a visual diary of their progress. It helps you connect with meditation professionals who can guide you, and encourages you to log your emotional state before and after meditation practice.
