Taste With Touch
Giving tools to airlines to create memorable experiences.
Sensory cutlery to enhance taste when dining at 35,000 ft.
What if the future of luxurious travelling would be to have cutlery designed to deliver the same great chef’s taste as on the ground?
Taste With Touch is a research project exploring the possibility of using the synesthetic properties of objects to design cutlery that counterbalances the loss of taste when flying at high altitude – in particular sweetness and saltiness; to giving airlines a new marketing tool and a better dining experience for passengers.

It’s a matter of mimesis®
Cooking is a process that favours from good ingredients, time, and especially good judgement and quick decisions.
Imitating is good practice to acquire knowledge, however I prefer cooking. as recipes are only the beginning.
Every project is a unique opportunity in challenging a different aspect of my personality; combining various disciplines in order to achieve the most interesting and unexpected results, which often transforms a simple curiosity into an ambitious statement.
