Major project:

Caressing no exist

Caressing no exist is a ritual to help the grief journey; to help people face a world with no burials in the future. What it does help is enable people to carve out time/space for emotional engagement. By caressing the prop, which is made from cremation ashes, you bridge the gap between the living and the dead. In this ritual, people recall the dead, and accept the new role of the dead.

  • I am not an unusual product designer. I search all the hidden corners to find opportunities to push the world to a better side. The principle of my product is to let it act as a catalyst to encourage a critical distillation of emergent issues, and the development of preferable alternatives for real world concerns. From Chernobyl to Galapagos Islands, I never stop questioning the world.

This year, I focused on the cemetery space crisis in mega cities. If there are no places to bury people, what our life will be? In this project, I am a funeral director, a ceremony emcee, a craftsman, and a ritual designer. I am dedicated to engaging people from different social backgrounds to create a new place to bury in the future together.
