Major project:
The Love Triangle
The piece The Love Triangle aims to communicate the way in which the ‘kiss scene’ in films affects female identity. The piece contains vulgar and humorous painted imagery that sits in a pink decorative frame, resembling a mirror. This aims to expose the negativity that excessive viewing of ‘the kiss scene’ has on identity and gender.

My practice aims to interrogate and investigate female identity through research, image making and moving image.
The main theme surrounding my practice is feminism. I am particularly interested in feminine identity, focussing on popular cultural imagery of women, and how these images have affected my identity; and made me question the images that we consume.
Exploring the medium of painting, I am interested in pushing the boundaries of illustration, and I am continuously in search of the 'perfect image'.
