Major project:
20/20
20/20 explores the way we look at others and vice versa. The idea of looking really fascinates Jennifer. Who has the authority to look?
In 20/20 she also plays around with the idea of analogue and digital, taking references from antique optical instruments and adding her own design to express her point of view on surveillance, gaze and censorship. In the collection, each piece leads viewers to an open question, hoping the topic of looking could be reconsidered. (Or not).
