Major project:
Fragmented Follies
Fragmented Follies is an outdoor commission by Sam Jacob Studio, in partnership with Pump House Gallery situated in Battersea Park. It is created directly from the design language of the park, exploring the landscape and the urban environment of its surroundings. Drawing upon the layered historical and architectural references, the outdoor commission combines shapes and structural elements that reflect the park’s past and current urban context with a set of striking sculptures.
Curators: Nour Aslam, Caroline Boseley, Keying Chen, Camilla de Fabritiis, Matthew Moehr Griffin, Lin Zhao and Yuejia Zhou.

Experimenting with new ideas of curating beyond the gallery has been key to my curatorial research, to explore the potential in exhibiting artworks in an expanded field and investigate how the placement of artwork might change its spatial relations. I wrote about the value of site-specificity in contemporary art for my dissertation.
I also extend my curatorial practice by pushing the boundaries between art and other disciplines, to produce interdisciplinary programmes and events that facilitate dynamic conversations between artists, architects, musicians and other cultural thinkers.
My curatorial interest focuses on the areas of urbanisation and environmentalism which concern the futuristic life of human beings.
