The project House is formed of four different works.
I wanted to reveal the two-faced nature of modern society through my work. Our society seems normal and peaceful on the outside, but is totally different on the inside when compared to our expectations. There are too many troubles: corruption, unfairness, injustice situations, and so on. I want to say not to judge people on their appearances: some people hide their real faces with angelic faces, and what is seen on the surface is not always true.
Part 1 of House presents a person’s daily, normal routine. But I've hidden some clues that reveal the fact that he is abnormal.
I presented a story in Part 1; here in Part 2, I wanted to show this person's belongings in his house. Through this, the viewer can understand more about this person's personality and characteristics.
In this project, I want to show many houses from all over the world. Some are normal, but among them are real murderer's houses.
My plan for Part 4 is to make house objects.

MA Visual Communication
My growing interest in communicating and interacting with a larger audience inspired me to shift my career towards illustration at the Royal College of Art.
My projects start from a narrative I create, and lead to visual images. I usually use the book as my medium, with images made from hands-on methods using various materials such as collage, linocut, watercolour painting, acrylic, gouache and pencil or ink drawing. The characters and scenes from the narratives I create are usually another representation of myself and my experience. That is why I get ideas from situations around me, such as objects in my room, plants, stuff in shops, nature and so on.
My favourite artists include David Hockney, Sezane, Egon Schiele, John Constable, Ben Shahan, John Burningham, Quentin Blake, Sara Fanelli, Nathalie Lete and Banksy.
