Talking Interiors with Petra Blaisse

Petra Blaisse set up her studio, Inside Outside, in Amsterdam in 1991 and since 1999 Blaisse has invited specialists in various disciplines to work with her. Her projects are remarkable for their technical sophistication, ambition and scale. Examples of her work include the restoration project for the Hackney Empire Theatre in London; the gardens, carpets and finishes for the Seattle Central Library; the finishes and curtains for the Casa da Música in Porto; and acoustic walls and curtains for the Mercedes Benz Museum in Stuttgart. This lecture series was organised by Ab Rogers and the MA Interior Design programme.
